• I am someone who at age 10 got a gift from my mother in the audio version of this book (which I didn't even know was a book until I was 30). I listened to it so many times, the words, in Richard Harris voice now live inside me permanently, as my own personal guide along the spiritual path.
  
  I read this originally on the Internet and I'm glad they turned it into a book. His descriptions of Gibran's work are shown from the inside of a mind which is more alike to Almustafa himself than to the mind of anyone who reads it. With this, he can show and expand upon the work in a way that no other commenter could otherwise do.
  
  Having spent many years in an ashram, and in meditation; and being a "seeker of silences" in the same way as the main character, the authenticity of the comments here are astounding. Authentic spiritual experience is almost untranslatable and Gibran, the poet, has had a window into the very nature of all of us and come away with some words to describe it, against all the odds and against the principle that such a vast internal world is nearly impossible to speak about properly without losing something in translation.
  
  It is SO difficult, that a further expansion of the words of Gibran is warranted. Osho provides this here. Although the original book is in English, the concepts shown are so deep and rich AND foreign to the mind of most people that a further translation is very worthwhile. Just incredible.
• WOW was my first reaction and as i read it i kept looking over my shoulder thinking someone was going to scold me for reading it or i was going to end up on someones government watch list. And now i want to shout out has anyone else read this? Because the world would be an entirely different place if everyone did. It's the Truth, simply put.
• anything by this author will inspire you to higher level of consciousness.
• If you have grown up on Kahlil Gibran's The Prophet, you will really enjoy Osho's musings.
  It is so beautiful and he brings back memories and deepens the merging of Kahlil's words,
  thoughts into your very being. I absolutely love this book.
• I am rarely disappointed with a book of Osho's vast insight into living a more joyful life. Transcribed from his talks, the books are easy to read and full of personal guidance for a new way of living. This volume was an important addition to my growing library of Osho works. His concept of "Zorba the Buddha"--an ideal person which embraces physical life with zest yet is also mindful of developing an inner life, is becoming more of a model for how I want to live my life.
